前 言
Preface
創(chuàng)杰工廠的機(jī)器人自動(dòng)噴粉線是國(guó)內(nèi)目前較為先進(jìn)的涂裝噴涂生產(chǎn)線。這是一套采用大旋風(fēng)+濾筒兩級(jí)回收的噴粉系統(tǒng),可實(shí)現(xiàn)快速換粉。產(chǎn)品外表面涂層采用了松下空調(diào)室外機(jī)鈑金同等規(guī)格、品質(zhì)要求的靜電粉末,噴涂后鹽霧試驗(yàn)可達(dá)500h以上。
The robot automatic powder spraying line of Chuangjie Factory is currently one of the more advanced coating and spraying production lines in China. This is a powder spraying system that uses a two-stage recovery system consisting of a large cyclone and a filter cartridge, which can achieve rapid powder replacement. 噴房的設(shè)計(jì)原理基于噴房的技術(shù)要求:使用高效的空氣回收系統(tǒng)保證噴房周圍干凈整潔,并且避免粉末/空氣混合物的爆炸。用旋風(fēng)分離器和后過(guò)濾器將空氣從噴房?jī)?nèi)抽走。由此產(chǎn)生的空氣氣流從噴房外邊流到噴房?jī)?nèi)部,既可避免粉末外溢,同時(shí)保證噴房周圍干凈整潔。保證回收空氣連續(xù)不斷,又可避免危險(xiǎn)的粉末/空氣混合物飄流到生產(chǎn)車間中去。

四、設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)

1、降低粉耗,節(jié)約粉末:采用高效分離大旋風(fēng),回收效率達(dá) 95%以上,相比同類設(shè)備,大大節(jié)約粉末用量, 整個(gè)粉房的設(shè)計(jì)和噴槍的布置都有利于提高上粉率;

五、工作原理
5、 Working principle
噴槍噴出的粉末,沒(méi)有上到工件的部分被抽風(fēng)機(jī)產(chǎn)生的氣流帶到大旋風(fēng)分離器中,在旋風(fēng)分離器中,較大的粉末顆粒被分離出來(lái),落入到大旋風(fēng)收集桶中。
The powder sprayed by the spray gun, which did not reach the workpiece, is carried by the airflow generated by the exhaust fan to the large cyclone separator. In the cyclone separator, larger powder particles are separated and fall into the large cyclone collection bucket.
如果配有自動(dòng)粉篩,那么大旋風(fēng)收集桶中的粉末在擠壓閥的作用下,被抽吸到振動(dòng)篩,經(jīng)粉篩過(guò)濾后回收到供粉桶中循環(huán)使用。如果沒(méi)有配自動(dòng)粉篩,粉末貯存在大旋風(fēng)收集桶中,需要及時(shí)人工回收,不可超過(guò)大旋風(fēng)收集桶中容積的 2/3,否則粉末將會(huì)被抽吸到過(guò)濾器而浪費(fèi)掉。

大旋風(fēng)中未被分離出來(lái)的微粉被吸入到后過(guò)濾器中,后過(guò)濾器中的濾芯將微粉擋在外面,而將過(guò)濾后的潔凈空氣排到生產(chǎn)車間內(nèi)。濾芯將在一定的時(shí)間間隔內(nèi)自動(dòng)由旋轉(zhuǎn)翼內(nèi)噴出的壓縮空氣進(jìn)行清潔,將微粉吹落到微粉收集桶中。其中底板清潔裝置屬于選配項(xiàng),它可以將落在噴房底部的粉末吹起,經(jīng)過(guò)抽風(fēng)管道送到大旋風(fēng)中進(jìn)行分離,以保證噴房底部粉末的及時(shí)回收。

The bottom plate cleaning device is an optional item, which can blow up the powder that falls at the bottom of the spray booth and send it to the large cyclone for separation through the exhaust duct to ensure timely recovery of the powder at the bottom of the spray booth.
六、使用維護(hù)
6、 Usage and maintenance
1、 噴房:
1. Spray booth:
a. 噴房的上部結(jié)構(gòu)為 PP 板;

e. 噴涂間隙或是換色清理時(shí),可以使用手動(dòng)吹掃槍將殘留在噴房壁和抽吸帽內(nèi)的過(guò)噴粉末清理到中央回收管道內(nèi);
e. During the spraying gap or color change cleaning, a manual blowing gun can be used to clean the overspray powder remaining in the spraying room wall and suction cap into the central recycling pipeline;
f. 防火安全:為遵從地方安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建議配備CO2滅火設(shè)備(業(yè)主方自備);

g. 清理操作:在噴槍和噴房的清理過(guò)程中,噴房的手噴門應(yīng)被關(guān)閉,因此噴房其余開口的風(fēng)速隨之增大。采用壓縮空氣吹掃槍依次清理噴粉房?jī)?nèi)壁及底部,吹掃方向?yàn)榈撞砍轱L(fēng)口位置。
g. Cleaning operation: During the cleaning process of the spray gun and spray booth, the hand spray door of the spray booth should be closed, so the wind speed of the other openings in the spray booth increases accordingly. Use a compressed air blowing gun to sequentially clean the inner wall and bottom of the powder spraying room, with the blowing direction at the bottom suction port position.
2、大旋風(fēng)分離器

旋風(fēng)分離器的工作原理是根據(jù)氣旋運(yùn)動(dòng)迫使較大的粉末顆粒作下旋運(yùn)動(dòng),最終落入回收粉桶中。
The working principle of a cyclone separator is to force larger powder particles to undergo downward rotation based on the motion of the cyclone, and ultimately fall into the recycling powder bin.
清洗/換色:卸下回收粉桶,倒空并且清理干凈。要卸下回收粉桶只需松開夾緊裝置旋風(fēng)分離器;要裝上回收粉桶時(shí),先將粉桶推入旋風(fēng)分離器下,當(dāng)完全到位時(shí),上緊夾緊裝置。卸下回收粉桶的同時(shí),采用壓縮空氣氣槍沿著大旋風(fēng)內(nèi)壁及回收粉桶及接口處清掃浮粉,清掃完畢用干凈的抹布抹干凈。
Cleaning/Color Change: Remove the recycling powder bin, empty it and clean it thoroughly. To remove the recycling powder bin, simply loosen the clamping device of the cyclone separator; When installing the recycling powder bucket, first push the powder bucket into the cyclone separator, and when it is fully in place, tighten the clamping device. While unloading the recycling powder bucket, use a compressed air gun to clean the floating powder along the inner wall of the large cyclone and the recycling powder bucket and interface. After cleaning, use a clean cloth to wipe it clean.
維修保養(yǎng):旋風(fēng)分離器基本上不需要維修,只需定期檢查以下部件:回收擠壓閥閥芯完好;回收粉桶的密封良好。

3、后過(guò)濾器

本粉塵過(guò)濾器中采用¢325*900mm的濾芯,同時(shí)為此濾芯還特別設(shè)計(jì)了轉(zhuǎn)翼式濾芯清理裝置,該系統(tǒng)能有效地清理濾芯。

在系統(tǒng)連續(xù)運(yùn)行中,轉(zhuǎn)翼式濾芯清理裝置能夠自動(dòng)工作以對(duì)濾芯進(jìn)行逐組清理。因此在清理時(shí),不僅不需關(guān)閉風(fēng)機(jī),更不需拆下濾芯,從而不會(huì)影響整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)作。
During continuous operation of the system, the rotary wing filter cleaning device can automatically work to clean the filter element group by group. Therefore, during cleaning, there is no need to turn off the fan or remove the filter element, so as not to affect the normal operation of the entire system.
在清理開始時(shí), 可編程控制器(PLC)會(huì)發(fā)出信號(hào)導(dǎo)通一組濾芯的脈沖閥,此時(shí)一定量的壓縮空氣便會(huì)由氣缸噴至轉(zhuǎn)翼裝置中。上述壓縮空氣會(huì)迫使升降擋板下降,關(guān)閉本組濾芯的抽風(fēng)信道,使得抽風(fēng)氣流不從該組濾芯中經(jīng)過(guò)。而后,壓縮空氣便進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)翼中,從轉(zhuǎn)翼外側(cè)的噴氣嘴中噴出,該氣流將穿過(guò)過(guò)濾層,吹去吸附在濾芯外表面的粉末。同時(shí),由于噴氣嘴與轉(zhuǎn)翼所處于的平面呈一定的角度,因而在清理過(guò)程中翼還會(huì)自行快速旋轉(zhuǎn),從而清理濾芯的整個(gè)外表面。上述粉末由于重力的作用將落入收集料斗中。
At the beginning of the cleaning process, the programmable logic controller (PLC) will send a signal to activate the pulse valve of a set of filter elements, and a certain amount of compressed air will be sprayed from the cylinder into the rotary wing device. The compressed air mentioned above will force the lifting baffle to descend, closing the exhaust channel of this group of filter elements, so that the exhaust airflow does not pass through this group of filter elements. Then, the compressed air enters the rotor and is sprayed out from the jet nozzle on the outside of the rotor. This airflow will pass through the filter layer and blow away the powder adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter element. Meanwhile, due to the angle between the jet nozzle and the rotating wing, the wing will also rapidly rotate on its own during the cleaning process, thus cleaning the entire outer surface of the filter element. The above powder will fall into the collection hopper due to the effect of gravity.

After production is completed, the recycling fan system will be delayed for 10 minutes to shut down, allowing compressed air to blow the powder off the surface of the filter cartridge, preventing the powder from sticking to the surface of the filter cartridge for a long time and causing clumping due to environmental humidity and other factors, which will affect the service life of the filter cartridge.
