為了保證噴漆設備的正常運轉，使之處于良好的技術狀態，保證生產的正常運行，特制訂本制度。

1.噴漆工作場所附近嚴禁煙火和打磨作業，操作者應熟悉消防滅火器材的分布位置和使用方法。
1. Smoking and polishing operations are strictly prohibited near the painting workplace. Operators should be familiar with the distribution and usage of fire extinguishing equipment.
2.噴漆操作時操作者要穿戴好勞動防護用品,保護自身安全健康。
During the painting operation, the operator should wear labor protection equipment to protect their own safety and health.
3.操作者應該熟悉了解掌握設備的各儀表性能，會處理簡單的設備故障，如遇不能處理的設備故障時，應上報班組長，請維修人員處理，禁止私自拆卸設備重要部位。
3. The operator should be familiar with and understand the performance of each instrument of the equipment, and be able to handle simple equipment failures. In case of equipment failures that cannot be handled, they should report to the team leader and ask maintenance personnel to handle them. It is prohibited to dismantle important parts of the equipment without authorization.
4.操作者要定期檢查設備限位開關的靈敏度，每隔三個月檢查一次聯動機構和減速機傳動機構是否正常，檢查緊固螺栓不得有松動現象。

5.減速機及軸承部分潤滑要良好，潤滑周期為十二個月一次。
